El Chullo is true AZ hidden gem 💎. Every single plate is a burst of flavor in your mouth! The ceviche mixto with the leche the trige, 20/10!! This is a MUST!! We've tasted several of their dishes and have never been disappointed! AND the cocktails!!! Highly recommended 👌

I'm relatively new to Peruvian cuisine, but El Chullo's tallarines saltado was absolutely fantastic! The food is served hot and fresh and the sauce flavors were rich. Highly recommended!

This is the best Peruvian Ceviche I have had in Phoenix! When I have a bite of this dish I feel like I am in Peru experiencing part of the culture. It's so delicious, the lime taste has the best zest and flavor. 100% recommend it for ceviche lovers.

The Ceviche Mixto is my go to dish from El Chullo. I absolutely love it! The seafood is always fresh and delicious. It's very refreshing and perfect as a main dish or to share with the table.

Papa Rellena Pulpo Al Olivo Ceviche Mixto Lomo Saltado Ok, I'm a person who lives to eat and this was our 1st Peruvian meal and it did not disappoint. We tried the 4 dishes above and they were all excellent and very different from what we have eaten before. To make the meal even better, our server, Rodrigo was extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to talk to. We will absolutely be back, with some friends to share this wonderful dining experience.

When the woman I am casually dating and I walked into this restaurant, we were instantly greeted by an upbeat latino man with a wonderful attitude. We tried three dishes, each more delicious than the last. And oh boy, the cocktails! we left feeling full and happy in our waymo.
